Mixed Grill Madness

Our Wednesday special on the mixed grill: three skewers of kufta kebab, chicken shish tawook, and lamb tekka, all flame-grilled and served with white and yellow rice, salad, hummus, and pita. Great for sharing.

Three Skewers, Kufta Kebab, Tekka, and Shish Tawook. All of which are marinated in our own in-house marinade with an array of spices; served alongside our own white and yellow rice, salad, pita bread and hummus

Kufta Kebab

Two skewers of ground beef minced and mixed with fresh onions, peppers, parsley and mixed in an array of spices; served alongside our own white and yellow rice, salad, pita bread and hummus.

Chicken Shish Tawook

Two skewers of tender chicken breast pieces marinated in our own in-house marinade with an array of spices; served alongside our own white and yellow rice, salad, pita bread and hummus.

Chicken Wings

Six flavorful chicken wings are marinated in our own in-house marinade with an array of spices; served alongside our own white and yellow rice, salad, pita bread and hummus.

Lamb Tekka

Two skewers of lamb chops of tekka marinated in garlic, lemon, and Arabic spices. served alongside our own white and yellow rice, salad, pita bread and hummus.

Loaded Chicken Shish Tawook Fries

Crispy golden fries topped with juicy, flame-grilled Shish tawook, marinated in traditional middle eastern spices and grilled to perfection. Finished with a generous drizzle of creamy garlic sauce (muthawmah) and smooth, melted cream cheese for the perfect balance of bold garlic flavor and rich, cheesy goodness.

Muthawama

2 oz of garlic, corn starch, canola oil, yogurt, lemon and salt.
