A red truck and a hot grill
We're Yalla BBQ, a food truck on E Street in Washougal, and everything we make starts at the fire. Flame-grilled platters, wings, sandwiches and sauces, all out of one red truck.
The grill
Chicken shish tawook, lamb tekka and kufta kebab all go through our own in-house marinade before they hit the flame. Kufta is ground beef mixed with fresh onions, peppers and parsley, and the lamb gets garlic, lemon and Arabic spices.
What comes with the plate
Every platter comes with our white and yellow rice, salad, pita and hummus, and there's plenty of the hummus.
Sit out on the patio
Grab a table on the patio next to the truck. Ashwood Taphouse is at the same spot, with beers and ciders to go with your plate.
